Payday Fashion Wishlist

Wednesday, 11 November 2015

Oh me, oh my, it has been a long time since I have done a wishlist! I have basically had to ban myself from looking online on sites like boohoo & Missguided because they are like my kryptonite basically! And if I am exposed to kryptonite, my bank account will die! But fear not, I have been successful in job hunting and have now secured a job and am just waiting on a start date, so I have already started planning the monstrous shopping spree I am going to go on when I get my first month's salary, mwahaha! And boy will it be huge, I have been out of full-time work since March, only working part-time so this shopping trip is long overdue! Anywayyy in preparation for this glorious glorious shopping spree I can't wait to embark on I have been doing a little research and planning on all the things I am going to hopefully get my hands on! So folks, I present to you my payday fashion wishlist!

Work:
Now I'm not about that wear a full blown suit to work life, maybe for a fashion event, but for work I just feel like they look a little bit too samey and rigid, and I hate feeling like I'm blending in! But I'm a big fan of wearing sleeveless dresses with turtlenecks on the inside, mini or midi skirts that you can tuck a turtleneck or chiffon shirt into and look smart but also stylish at the same time. I think these picks embody my personal style of minimalism and preppy, while also staying stylish and chic.
Missguided, Boohoo, H&M workwear fashion, leather dress, playsuit, a line skirt, jacquard skirt, wishlist, 100 ways to 30

Everyday Casual:
Now I am not usually a fan of patterns and too many things going on in an outfit...but, recently I have been loving them, especially geometric prints like the zig zag patterned dress below! Plaid is also a favourite of mine as I am a big fan of preppy styling and I think pattern can be perfect for those days when you want to be a little more laidback with your dressing but still make a statement and these picks below do just that!
Missguided, Boohoo, casual clothes, suede backpack, swing dress, flared trousers, 100 ways to 30

Going Out:
When I go out I am all about the sassy yet classy looks and everything below embodies that! That double slit skirt though! Can I get an amen please?
