"And I know just what I've got to do, and it's got to be soon. Cause I know that I'll be happier" - Tame Impala's 'Eventually'...
So as I told you guys on wednesday, I have decided to develop a brand new blog series. I've never been much for blog series as I tried one right in the very humble beginnings of this blog coined 'Just Another Manic Monday' and while I loved writing this series, the excitement for it soon ran low, and my consistency ran thin, I just couldn't keep up. Perhaps it was because I was a newbie blogger and was still trying to find my blogging groove, whatever it was, it doesn't matter because I am determined to make this series work.

So just as a quick reminder the 6 Impossible Things series will run each month, with me picking 6 things which I think are difficult, puts me out of my comfort zone and basically altering my natural order for things. This month, being the first month, I have decided to start off small, but the idea is that with time I will become braver with my choices and start to do things I've always wanted to do, but just never had the courage to.
I now present to you my 6 Impossible Things to be completed by the end of August:
1. I must tell myself one thing that I like about myself each day, this could be about my appearance or my personality or even the outfit I choose to wear that day!
2. Keep to my new blogging schedule which is: posting 4 times a week and once a week on my youtube channel.
3. Find a full-time job
4. Film my August lookbook
5. Read 2 books
6. Stop biting my nails and grow them back

I have started off quite simple and small, but I have a feeling I'm going to have a tough time sticking to some of these things on the list. Keeping to my blogging schedule is going to be SO hard, providing I'm the worst advocate for sticking to a blogging schedule in the history of blogging! So that's going to be a challenge I can already tell, but I am determined to make this work! So thank you guys for reading, and I will see you all at the end of August, with a review on whether or not I could complete my 6 things!
What do you think of this series? Do you have any suggestions of impossible things I could try?

This is a great series idea! I love how well-rounded all of your points are, and I can definitely appreciate how difficult some of them are! Job-finding is awful, haha! But you can do it, all of it! OR! At the very least, have a good crack at them! Some things are just beyond control sometimes :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck! I look forward to reading your end-of-month update!
